Tip of the Week: Sparkling Dishes

picture of dishesDon’t you love spending your day waiting on a repairman? I usually get the 8:00 a.m. - noon window and then he’ll show up about 1:30 p.m. therefore wasting my entire morning. But, this time it was actually worth the wait because Mr. Dishwasher Repairman gave me an excellent tip that is now my first Tip of the Week to the SharpMoms.

My problem: lots of soapy residue in the dishwasher leaving my glassware very cloudy and my flatware full of rainbow spots. It was really becoming upsetting and I was beginning to think I’d have to purchase new glassware/flatware because even hand scrubbing would not remove the damage. But, my world is clear now due to one new dishwasher pump (poor spinning was leaving a lot of soap behind) and Mr. Dishwasher Repairman’s tip: Lemi Shine.

He told me I’d find Lemi Shine at Wal-Mart and that it would make everything like new, undoing the damage cause by the previous pump. I was skeptical, but this stuff works like magic. And, I mean magic! I am blinded by the shine. And, that was all with one tablespoon. Check it out. It really works!
