Special Holiday Toy Offering
I was recently contacted by OfficeMax to provide feedback on a special children’s product offering they are rolling out for the holidays.
As we all know, there’s nothing better than getting a package in the mail, so of course, I told them to send it my way! OfficeMax did not provide any details on the product in advance, so you can imagine my surprise when a huge box arrive on my door step.
And the box contained a. . . Creative Easel!
What I first noticed about this easel was how easy it was to set up. It took less than 3 minutes to open the box, unrap the easel, pop it open, and it was ready to go. The product design is really cute as the legs of the easel are made of four giant pencils. The easel is for ages 3+ and probably best suited for children 3-5 years-old as it was a little short for my 6 1/2 year-old (although this has not stopped her from using the easel non-stop since it arrived!). My daughter did try to drag the easel across the carpet and it collapsed on itself. Although it doesn’t have a super-secure locking mechanism, as long as your kids aren’t dragging it around there appears to be no risk of collapse while using.
OfficeMax tells me they are offering the Creative Easel for 50% off the regular price of $39.99 for the sale price of $19.99 at all stores countrywide from November 24th - 26th.
