Day one workout done!
This was my first day lifting weights in about two years and I loved it. I had forgotten how much I love weightlifting. This workout consisted of 6 exercises done as 3 sets of supersets. Wow! That will really get your heart rate up.
Loved the workout today and looking forward to yoga in the morning. I can already tell I’m going to need some stretching. Thanks Tina at Best Body Fitness for creating the workouts.
