Bootcamp Day One!

Day one workout done!

This was my first day lifting weights in about two years and I loved it. I had forgotten how much I love weightlifting. This workout consisted of 6 exercises done as 3 sets of supersets. Wow! That will really get your heart rate up. :-)

Loved the workout today and looking forward to yoga in the morning. I can already tell I’m going to need some stretching. Thanks Tina at Best Body Fitness for creating the workouts.

  1. Way to go Katie! Glad you enjoyed your bootcamp workout. This is my 3rd round of bootcamp. Tina always pushes me to do more and do better. Love her!

  2. Way to go!!!! That is awesome that you pushed through that workout after 2 years off from lifting. Very impressive. :)
