		<description>I think it&#039;s a great way to fit your exercise in. After all, doing something is better than nothing at all. What will make it even easier is doing those exercises at the time that you will spend doing something less productive. For example, when I do my laundry, instead of watching TV, I&#039;ll jump rope outside, and that&#039;s 30 minutes that you won&#039;t feel that you&#039;ve wasted!
Or when I do get to watch TV, every commercial break, instead of heading to the kitchen for snacks, do those exercises! Each commercial is about 30sec-1min long, just long enough to finish one set! A 30 minute sit-come = 10 minute workout :)</description>
