3 Easy Steps to a Better Body (Tip of the Week)
My friend gave me a quick work out tip. We all get busy and it’s so hard to find time to work out. It’s all about TIME, but what if we could work out fast and effectively? Sign me up! Okay, here’s the 3-step plan:
Think 25…
- 25 crunches
- 25 push ups
- 25 squats
This is a workout targeting three of the main areas of your body: core, arms and legs, and it can be accomplished in less than 15 minutes. Too easy for you, try 50 of each. Make sure you squat as low as you can, like you are sitting down in a chair. I’ve heard that just one “boy” push up is better than 10 “girl” push ups, but just do what works for you.
Now, this isn’t to say you should cancel your gym membership or skip your morning jog, but in a pinch, this will do for sure! Give it a try and let us know what you think.

Got something to say?

I think it’s a great way to fit your exercise in. After all, doing something is better than nothing at all. What will make it even easier is doing those exercises at the time that you will spend doing something less productive. For example, when I do my laundry, instead of watching TV, I’ll jump rope outside, and that’s 30 minutes that you won’t feel that you’ve wasted!
Or when I do get to watch TV, every commercial break, instead of heading to the kitchen for snacks, do those exercises! Each commercial is about 30sec-1min long, just long enough to finish one set! A 30 minute sit-come = 10 minute workout
